ECOLE DE PATISSERIE is a school of baking and cooking course and classes located at Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. ECOLE DE PATISSERIE is wholly owned by Choffles, a designer cake shop and culinary art. ECOLE DE PATISSERIE is a City and Guilds approved centre and all our academic programs are certified by City and Guilds International, London. ECOLE DE PATISSERIE offers Diploma in Patisserie, Advanced Diploma in Patisserie and Certificate in short courses.
We offers an intensive yet exciting hands-on courses allowing our students to master the techniques of classic patisserie and at the same time being introduced to all aspects of the pastry kitchen. The objective of this course is to enable students to understand the developments of baking, food productions and techniques involved in pastry making. Through practice and repetition, students will begin to master and refine their techniques on the skills and arts of decoration and presentation. Students will also be taught an array of classic and contemporary desserts, advanced techniques in chocolate, sugarwork and crafting.
At the end of the course, students will go through a period of 3 months industrial training in hotels, restaurants or cake shops where they will have the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge acquired at ECOLE DE PATISSERIE.
